The Hodgman's, Inc. Maintenance Department offers a unique product and customized programs to extend the life of your carpet through our "Carpet Maintenance Agreement" designed to accommodate the commercial customer's needs.
Using a service visit program, along with the help from DuPont's state-of-the-art technology and their "Low Moisture Cleaner", we can help keep your carpet looking cleaner longer and can actually extend the life of the carpet. The "Low Moisture Cleaner" product was developed and patented by DuPont and manufactured under the trade name "ResisTech™".
ResisTech™ will first neutralize oily soil, by encapsulating the soil particles allowing the particles to be easily removed during your normal dry vacuuming process. Next, the ResisTech™ chemistry reduces the surface energy of the carpet by providing a difficult-to-stick surface that reduces the chance of the carpet resoiling.
ResisTech™ helps keep your carpet looking and performing its best every day and can be accomplished easily and economically with a "Carpet Maintenance Agreement". In fact, a good pro-active program, which includes both prevention and well-planned, regularly scheduled maintenance visits, can help protect your total carpet investment. This is your best protection against build-up of soil particles and damage to the carpet fibers.
The Hodgman's, Inc. Maintenance Department offers additional services to help maintain and protect all of your investments:
